Your Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis and Definition

  • Meet with companies to gather and understand their space requirements (industrial, commercial, technical, as well as IT hosting and cleanroom facilities).

  • Conduct targeted market studies to anticipate demand trends in these specific sectors.

• Strategic and Operational Brokerage Support

  • Advise and support clients in the design and implementation of their real estate projects, considering technical, regulatory, and safety constraints.

  • Act as a broker by negotiating optimal contractual terms and connecting clients with trusted partners.

• Network Development and Project Monitoring

  • Build and maintain a strong network of landlords, developers, and managers specializing in commercial real estate.

  • Implement reporting tools to monitor project progress and adapt sales strategies based on field feedback.

Your Profile

• Education and Experience

  • Higher education degree in real estate, business, or a technical field related to professional space management.

  • Proven experience in real estate brokerage or consulting, especially for industrial, commercial, and technical infrastructure projects.

• Specific Technical Expertise

  • Solid understanding of IT hosting facilities, including management of critical infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.

  • Proven expertise in designing and validating cleanroom environments, including the ability to integrate and assess continuity plans.

  • Ability to assess complex needs and propose real estate solutions that meet technical and regulatory standards.

• Interpersonal and Commercial Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a variety of decision-makers.

  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, and proactiveness in turning needs into concrete opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland, fluency in national languages; English is a strong asset.
